Our educators are passionate and dedicated to continuous improvement and development and enriching the lives of the children and families that attend Foundations For Life Early Learning. Each educator progresses through individualised professional development plans to strengthen skills and keep apprised of the most recent research into early childhood education.

We continue to maintain our excellent standards of teaching and professionalism through high levels of educator training. All of our educators hold an Ochre Card as well as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or are working towards such qualification. Every educator is also trained and certified in the following:

We are fortunate to have amazing educators from all over the world, bringing with them their cultural competency and variety of languages, including Spanish, German and Swahili. We celebrate cultural calendar events throughout the year, acknowledging not only the festivals and events of our educators also our children and families.
